Almost broken. No Stage 1 can do 60 without consequences.
Also the Illus. is Ken Sugimori.

Advice:
Center the attacks
To much HP
To much power
To high a retreat cost
Resitance -30 is in the wrong area
Some of your sizes are off (Hp font size)
Try to use an actual card to help you reference the layout
Don't forget the set number
If you can make the "Evolves from" one line, unless it doesn't fit (ex's have this problem)
Center the Sugimori Prevo pic.
Don't put the holo in front of the Main Pokemon (Unless you ment to do this, but then I would suggest to do a sort of Delta foil)

And LV, i agree with ONIXwhy, i didn't know who's art i had, & he forgot, so stop being so uptight about nothing....
