that first attack can be used to put tapu lele's on the opponents bench, cluttering it up. and since the card wasn't played from the hand, the opponent doesn't get to use lele's ability.

not just lele. any pokemon that has a coming into play ability can be disrupted in this way, and fill up the opponents bench preventing the opponent from playing cards from their hand.

There's another coming that's like judge in an ability, and Marshadow GX is not bad IMO. It's a tech card for decks that need a fight type attacker to splash.
 
Hmm... Not that good at first look. Maybe might see play if Marshadow deck variants become super popular, but more than likely not.
