Ruling Master Ball/Dusk Ball

If I use Master Ball or Dusk Ball to look at the top/bottom cards of my deck for a Pokemon, would I be able to take a LV.X.

Dusk Says: Pokemon
Master Says: Basic or Evolution

LV.X's are neither basic nor evolution so I think that you shouldn't be able to grab it with Master Ball.
But Celio's said the same and you can grab a LV.X.

Any EX series cards that says "Basic or Evolution" can grab a Lv. X

yes u can grab a lv,x since it counts as an evolution card

You can get a Lv X but thats becuase all third generation cards that say "basic pokemon or evolution card" are considered as "Pokemon". The Lv. X stage of a pokemon is considered a "level up" card and not an "evolution" card.

So, I could grab a Cress LV.X with PETM or only evolution's LV.Xs?

Never Mind, I answered my own question.

Q. Can I use Professor Elm's Training Method to search my deck for a Pokémon LV.X?
A. No. Pokémon LV.X are not considered Evolution cards. (May 3, 2007 PUI Rules Team)
