Can you get out a Lv.X with master ball or dusk ball? Thanks!

Yes. A LV.X Pokemon is classified both as a Pokemon and a Level-Up card. But I am expecting an errata so my answer is not Final. I do hope they do not change the ruling though.

The new rules state that

" All trainer cards that state "Search for an Basic or Evolution card" can be use to search for a Lv.X Pokemon."
