well i wanted to try something thats a little different from what everyone is hyping about. a little project and so far tested against terrakion and so far 5-2. but um i wanted to run this deck for br so plz help =).
15 pokemon
2 kyrurem ex
1 mewtwo(only one i own)
1-0-1 serperior(royal heal)
4-2-4 Empoleon

33 T/S/ST
3 pokemon catchers
2 switch
2 exp share
2 ultra ball
3 dual balls
4 rare candy
3 random reciever
3 junkarm
1 super rod
1 maxpotion
1 judge
4 pont
4 cheren

12 Energies
7 water
1 grass
4 DCE

well strategy is for most part is swarm with empoleon and if im facing zekeels try to use more with kyruem ex. seperior is my heal engine and empoleon my draw engine. im trying to decide if heatmor or battle city is worth tying in the deck. but for the most part it draws pretty good but sometimes i feel im drawing random things i dont need. so plz help if you have any suggestions

There are a lot of things you want to consider. Serperior just isn't needed and if you did add it 1-0-1 is just way too inconsistent, I'd much rather attack with something besides empoleon since zekeels is so popular and empoleon relatively low hp compared to the EXs. Here are some suggestions for the energies and the T/s/s line.
-1 random receiver (2 is usually enough)
-4 cheren (isn't a good supporter)
-1 judge (i think N and sage;s may be better since judge only refreshes your hand to 4 cards)
-1 max potion (will not really be needed and doesn't help much)
-1 grass (if serperior is not to be added)
-2 ultra ball (why? you are already discarding too much with empoleon so will probably be bad against durant)
+3 N (good supporter)
+2 sage's or juniper (juniper refreshes your hand better but sage's helps get out empoleon faster)
+4 communication (better for empoleon)
+1 dual ball (you have to set up as quick as possible)

Heatmor is OK....
-1-0-1 Serperior
+2 Pichu HGSS

Empoleon is only really good when using pichu to max out both benches fast.

Your Durant match-ups should be fine as long as you're able to get Empoleon out by T3, which isn't very difficult since you have 4 Rare Candies, and Empoleon only needs 1x {W} to attack. The maximum 110 (assuming your opponent only has 4 Durant and a Rotom) is over the Special Metal and Eviolite range of protection.

I think 2 pichu might be too many. I'd say one max since you should usually be able to get it out through draw power or dual ball.

but what if it's prized? you're doomed if it is.
Also, maybe consider Kingdra Prime to get you up to 130 to OHKO zekrom.

Well, it isn't really needed. Its just good as a starter because you don't really have anything else for a starter. Plus you also have 3 dual balls (possibly 4) so you won't be doomed if its prized. No kingdra prime. Its just catcher bait and takes longer to set up. I'd rather not have that extra one damage counter per turn.

ill test around with pichu, i have had bad experiences with pichu in the past but ill try. kingdra seems legit but same thing with serperior its not really needed. but with the idea of putting more damages what about plus powers?

That could work, but then you have a limit.
Another thing that's the same is Aerodactyl from DEX. You could add 1 or 2 of those and some twist mountain.
the issue with serperior is that 1-0-1 lines are just bad.

The reason I'm pushing the 1 extra damage is you need to be able to OHKO a zekrom, otherwise it will outrage-sweep you too fast for you to have any sort of chance against it. It's a bad matchup either way, but it doesn't have to be an autoloss.

I'd rather not because it takes up space in the deck and is a bit harder to setup than others in this deck. I'd rather not go through the trouble IMO.
