• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

So the strategy of this deck is pretty simple. On your first turn try to get pichu as your active then load the bench. By turn two you should have at least one Cinccino ready to go. Until finally you have jumpluff out and hopefully hitting for 120. Noctowl is in the deck for draw support and rotom is in the deck for drawing prizes and using noctowl's night sight to grab the prize i just recently swapped with rotom's poke power. The deck seems like it could be good but feels as if it is missing something
 
It's definatly missing a 2-2 line of sunflora. The best search engine in the game.
 
Two defenders (You'll probably be one shot anyway),
and Two twins (just a personal preference, I don't like Twins in any speed deck).
 
true on the defenders twins has won me a couple matches. Played a Scizor prime deck where twins shifted the momentum in my favor. Typically situational of course probably would be better to just have one twins because my experience with this deck chances are once you are behind you stay behind.
