So the strategy of this deck is pretty simple. On your first turn try to get pichu as your active then load the bench. By turn two you should have at least one Cinccino ready to go. Until finally you have jumpluff out and hopefully hitting for 120. Noctowl is in the deck for draw support and rotom is in the deck for drawing prizes and using noctowl's night sight to grab the prize i just recently swapped with rotom's poke power. The deck seems like it could be good but feels as if it is missing something
