Ruling Mawile or Girafarig?

I was wondering which card was better. Girafarig (MT) or Mawile (CG). Mawile CG's Mining lets you search your deck for a trainer but has only 60 HP and a x2 Weakness to Fire while Girafarig's Crane Neck does the same thing as Mining and has 70 HP and only a +20 weakness to psychic, and as a bonus it has a second attack which is possible to use. What would you say?

mawile gets you anything a trainer/supporer/stadium while garafirig only gets trainers

It gets EX series supporters and ex series stadiums and tools and all types of trainers
Well Girafirig only gets you trainers and tools

Mawile is better, even if he gets shot early. That's one of the purposes of a starter, anyway.
