Oké guys, I need some help with this. This Garchomp deck is almost finished, but I'm still missing something to make it good. Any ideas to improve this deck?

Are those breakpoint garchomps? I'd switch keldeo for Jirachi EX, doesn't seem to be doing much here. Jirachi will help you grab Maxie

Why are you running Puzzle of time? I know its a great utility card, but with the amount of item lock in the game at the moment i see them being more of dead cards in the late game. I'd drop those for a Computer Search to help out the early game, and add in two more fighting stadiums, and one more maxie/battle compressor. Have you thought about a garbodor variant? im in the process of building one, and your list looks very similar except mine runs no EX's. but i may have to include shaymins just for the consistency.
