Pokemon:
13

4 Talonflame (STS 96)
1 Carbink (FCO 50)
1 Carbink BREAK (FCO 51)
4 Anorith (STS 56)
3 Armaldo (STS 57)

Trainers:
40

4 Claw Fossil Anorith
4 Maintenance
4 Trainer's Mail
4 Acrobike
2 Special Charge
1 Super Rod
1 Eco Arm
3 Bursting Balloon
1 Float Stone
3 Ultra Ball
4 VS Seeker
2 Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick
1 Hex Maniac
1 Lysandre
2 N
3 Professor Sycamore

Energy:
4 DCE
3 Strong Energy

Strategy:

This deck attempts to thin down really quickly while also working towards Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick to place Armaldo straight into the fight. You can then attach either DCE or Strong Energy and Rushing Water to heavily disrupt the opponent. The turn after you attach again to deal 120+ damage.
The loss of Battle Compressor just means that we'll need to cleverly play Maintenance, Ultra Balls and another items cards to thin the hand.
Having a thinned deck also means that Claw Fossil Anoriths should hit reliably.

I really like this deck idea! Even his first attack is incredibly powerful because you can move DDE to nondragon Pokémon and then they are discarded. I would look into adding a stadium. The ideal stadium would be Fighting Stadium but since this is a standard deck maybe another good option could be silent lab? Just a thought as stadiums are crucial to most deck strategies it's useful to get rid of your opponents stadiums.
