MC’s Hype Up will appear in Heat Wave Arena, which releases on March 14th in Japan. The cards from the set will become part of our Destined Rivals set in May.

A new print of Judge, last seen in Scarlet & Violet Base Set has also been confirmed. This print features new artwork by kantaro. Interestingly, this print retains the G regulation mark of the Scarlet & Violet Base Set print...

Eh, the only one that will could play is Judge given its past performance in other formats but the current meta prefers Iono right now.

And as far as it still being stuck with a G regulation mark we'll have to see what the future holds, we're still a year away from Scarlet & Violet rotating out of the Standard format and there's a chance it could see a reprint with a newer regulation mark by then.

The Judge not having its legality extended is very interesting. I wonder if we’ll see a format without a double shuffle supporter in the near future. I’m not sure how I feel about that, but it will definitely be something new after such a long time with the card

Why do they constanly print these dumb draw x supporters? Make something new and original that might actually be used???
 
Judge reprint staying G is huge. Feels like part of a bigger pattern where they rotate out all the generically good trainers and replace them with more situational cards. Wouldn't surprise me if Boss's Orders leaves for good and we get 3-4 variations along the lines of Lisia's Appeal.

It's really saddening if this were true. I started to accept when the boss order and prof research retain the effect with just a new art and subname. as many trainer would have been redundant with exact descrption. .. really weird seeing new card with older regulation but not uncommon for japan

I feel like Judge reprint staying G means once all G cards rotate, our draw supporter options will mainly be kind of meh or situational draw supporters for H on, unless they print an actual good draw supporter before 2026, which probably won't happen meaning they are intentionally wanting to move to more situational style Supporters.

The newest printing of research (Prismatic) Is G same with Boss so it seems they will be rotated out which honestly im fine with gives cards like lacey and lisia time to shine and mixes the meta and strategies up

It only sees play on like, prerelease tournaments or something alongside Nemona, where draw 3/4 cards are decent enough for a 40 card deck. I guess they wanna throw in something else once Nemona rotates lol
 
Welp there goes the chance of a Misty full art - Thought for sure they'd give her one after Brock was in Battle Partners and she doesn't seem to be getting an ex, oh well here's two more NAMELESS TRAINERS INSTEAD! Who is making these decisions lol
