Ruling Medicham and Giovonni's Scheme

I was wondering how Giovanni's Scheme interacts with Ancient Trait Medicham from Primal Clash.

GS affects each attack individually. Omega Barrage lets you attack twice; that is, you attack, finish the attack, and then attack again. GS states that any attacks during this turn are boosted so both of Medicham's attacks get the boost.
