Defenitely fake. Not a question. First off, Game Freak isn't stupid enough to make a Mega Evolution by removing the lower half of a Pokemon. Not only is it lazy, but it doesn't add anything new to the design. As for Flygon, the model in the picture is just an altered version of his standard model. You can tell because he still remains in his standard pose. Most Megas have a different body structure upon Mega Evolving, like Salamence, Metagross, and Blastoise.
