Mega Gardevoir-EX Budget Deck Help

Hello everyone, I am in a bit of a crunch here, so I'll cut to the chase. I need a bit of help making a budget friendly Mega Gardevoir EX deck with the Mega Gardevoir from Steam Siege and the Gardevoir from Primal Clash. If you have any suggestions, please make them below.

One more thing, because it's budget, that means no shaymins in the list please
 
I'd stick to only one of the Gardevoirs, as they have very different strategies. For lists, you can find them while browsing the forums.
 
Yeah, but problem is, they all use shaymin, which I have zero of and I don't want to shoot my wallet getting some
 
I suggest you have a look at a few Mega Gardevoir-EX lists, make up a decklist yourself and then repost the list in the Deck Garage for specific feedback, mentioning the fact it is Budget. People tend to not want to spend the time making a decklist for someone from scratch, but rather are much more wanting to help out when a person has made obvious effort to try themselves.
