Nice list!

This is a geomany/Gardevoir deck right? I have a few thoughts for you...

Pokemon: - Whimsicot; I like the idea of an unorthodox 1 prize 'Damage Change', but I think it isn't worth cutting consistency and space in the deck. I believe that cutting them and adding 2-3 more fairy drop, for bulk and healing will work better.
- ShayminEX; I see that you don't have any extra draw support on your bench, I saw the need for you to add 2 Shaymin EX. Adding these flying deer will bring up the speed of the deck, its general consistency, and help the basic digging/ draw power.

Supporters: -Draw Support; In this list you run 4 Sycamore, 3 N, 2 Prof. Brich, and 3 Shauna. This count is a lot more than necessary, especially if you can add Shaymin. I would suggest cutting 1 Birch and all 3 Shauna, as they aren't very solid draw supporters. If you are fine with it, you can cut the last Birch as well.
- Pokemon Fan Club; This card in unnecessary to the deck because you have Ultra Balls, Hoopa EX and all the draw support. Cut it from the list if possible.
-Ninja Boy Shenanigans; I think that this card is fine where it is, but it might not be the right card for this deck because it only works for Basic Pokemon.
-Hex maniac & Pokemon Ranger; I would add one of each into this list for Ability locks (carbink, vileplume), Disruption (stop shaymin, hoopa etc.) and ranger for attack locks (glaceon, jolteon), other (giratina).

Items: - Misc.; If you have 4 seekers, add them. Same for Trainers' mail. Adding a few more Fairy drop will bring up the bulk, and easily replaces whimsicot.
- !!!Max Elixir!!!; You MUST have this in your deck, as it speeds it up greatly, gets 100s of damage up on gardevoir in 1 turn and will greatly benefit the deck. Find space for at least 3, but preferably 4.

Energy: - I would suggest adding at least 2 more Double Colourless energy, but run 4 if possible. Also, if you can find the space, add 2 more fairy energy for more consistent max elixir hits.
