Pokemon:

  • 2 Mega Manectric EX
    3 Manectric EX
    4 Rayquaza EX
    1 Raquaza (Not EX)
    2 Litleo
    2 Pyroar (FLF)
    1 Keldeo EX
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

  • 4 Professor Juniper
    2 Colress
    2 Lysandre
    2 Skyla
    3 N
    2 Manectric Spirit Link
    3 Muscle Band
    2 Vs Seeker
    2 Ultra Ball
    2 Level Ball
    3 Superior Energy Retrieval
    1 Float Stone
Energy:

  • 10 Lightning Energy
    5 Fire Energy
    2 DCE

Strategy:

Use Mega Manectric EX to get energy onto Rayquaza EX to do A BUTT TON of damage then get it back with Mega Manectric's attack to re attach them to rayquaza . Pyroar is for random annoying basics and fits well with its fire typing

You could play Black Kyurem EX instead of Rayquaza EX. They do the same thing basically, and that way, your deck would be legal for the Modified format. You'd probably have to take out Pyroar.

Why do you run M Manetric over Eelektrik in this? The eel doesn't end your turn upon evolving and is searchable via Level Ball. Also, what's the point of Superior Energy Retrieval in the deck?

THAT NAME IS AWEOMSE

Use 1 less Rayquaza-EX. 4 is too excessive, since you give up 2 prizes anyway. Get 3 Rayquaza-EX's knocked out, and then you lose, making the fourth pointless. And like already mentioned, yes, Eelektrik is a better fit for Rayquaza, though I wouldn't recommend using Eelektrik and Pyroar in the same deck.

Why? He already runs 2 evolutions anyway.
