Hello, I' am building a Regional Championships level M Ray deck and came up with this list:

3 M Ray
2 Ray (ROS 60)
2 Ray (ROS 104)
2 Hoopa EX
2 Jolteon EX
3 Shaymin EX
1 Zoroark
1 Zorua
16
4 Electric Energy
4 DCE
8
4 Ultra Ball
4 VS Seeker
2 Trainers Mail
4 Puzzle of Time
3 Mega turbo
1 Super Rod
4 Rayquaza Spirit Link
1 Winona
1 Lysandre
1 Pokémon Ranger
2 Hex Maniac
2 N
3 Sycamore
4 Skyfield

Now if you pay real attention you will notice I have zoroark and NO float stone. This is my main problem, I have no idea what to throw because everything I have works SUPER well but I need the space for the Float Stones otherwise Zoro is useless.

One card I have no problem throwing is my one Winona, but that still isn't enough.
Any other thoughts and ideas are great thanks.

Possible cuts for the float stone could be:

Winona - Kind of useless if you have hoopa and super rod
1 Dragon Ray - Other than extra consistency, it is completely unnecessary because Nightmarch (kms) isn't a thing anymore.
1 Sky Field - Kind of risky if your area runs a lot of scizor and that, but cut if necessary.

No. I personally think that every ray list must be running 1 Ranger. Ranger is necessary to get out of Glaceon EX, Giratina EX and Other locks to keep the Green Lizard running through. Stick to cutting Winnona, Sky field and/or Dragon Ray. The thing is, if you run out of stadiums from either Scizor or other stadiums, you can pull out the Puzzle of Time.

***EDIT*** You should definitely cut the 4th Ray spirit link. The golden rule is to run as many Link as you do Mega.

you can use my mega ray build for reference if you like

4x rayquaza ex (3 colourless and 1 dragon)
3x mega rayquaza ex
2x jolteon ex
1x pikachu
1x raichu
4x shaymin ex
2x hoopa ex
Supporters 9
3x professor sycamore
2x N
1x lysandre
1x Pokemon ranger
1x hex maniac
1x Karen
Items 22
4x vs seeker
4x ultra ball
3x trainers mail
3x mega turbo
4x rayquaza spirit link
2x float stone
1x special charge
1x super rod
Stadiums 4
4x Sky field
Energy 8
4x double colourless energy
4x lighting energy

i dont use zoroark but instead, i use raichu

EDIT: posted my old version

Possible cuts:
-1 winona
-1 spirit link
-1 super rod

+2 float stone
+1 Karen or Brock's Grit

I would run Karen for expanded do to the possibility of night march but Brock's Grit does get energy back too so for standard it is better.
Also for expanded, I would cut a N and Hex and add 2 battle compressors for consistency, If you want 2 hex's you can cut the fourth electric energy.

I keep the Super Rod because it allows me to quickly put tons of pokemon back into my deck with the help of Puzzle of Time. I have fired off up to three super rod per game and at most two per turn and it doesn't take your supporter turn.
