I don't think this deck needs the second Hoopa EX, the fourth Sky Field or the fourth Switch. You could take those out to make room for 3 Trainers' Mail (or even Acro Bike really) for consistency or maybe some Enhanced Hammers to slow your opponent down while you set up M Rayquaza.

When i first started pokemon, I liked the idea of running sky fields as well. The only problem with this is that you might help out your opponent who runs raichu or some sort of zubat variant. I feel that shrine of memories would benefit you more. Lets say you run into an encounter where you can very easily attack and kill a pokemon with only 100 hp. no waste in using the full attack to discard energies, when you can use the attack of the previous evolution.

Shrine of Memories wouldn't really be al that helpful in all honesty, possibly the new Parallel City coming out would be much better in my opinion as it would reduce your opponent to a bench space of three. Other than that, three Sky Fields is more than enough for this deck.

As Mora said in her previous post, Enhanced Hammer would be an amazing card for this deck because then you'd be blocking Raichu from multiple attacks as most run Double Colorless Energy to charge Raichu up anyways. Overall, what Mora had suggested is most likely the most optimal adjustment because you're speeding the deck up to outrun threats like Raichu.
