so it has recently been Sydney regionals and 1 decklist that caught my eye what the top 8 mega Ray list with the weird techs like mew ex and latios ex. I know that the mews for Garbodor and any psychic weak Pokemon, but what's the latios for. I can't work it out for the life of me
