Since Giratina-EX's ability blocks damage from attacks on your Mega Sceptile-EX, if you use Shrine of Memories and attack with Sceptile-EX will it do damage?

Mega Sceptile can "use" the attack from Sceptile-EX, but it's still the one attacking. Renegade Pulse prevents the damage.
