Ruling Meowstic Ear Influence

I'm not english speaker, so I have a bit of difficult to interpret some card's effect. Since the word "Pokémon" can't be in plural and in the Meowstic's Ear Influence doesn't say "a" or "one" or "another" I assume this attack has the same effect of Dusknoir's ability Sinister Hand. Am I right?

I mean, it is not moving damage counters from a Pokémon to just another, I can rearrange the damage counters as much as I like. Right?

Ear influence does allow you to move your opponents damage however you want. It is not limited to just 1 Pokémon

Yes, and the plural of Pokémon is Pokémon.
