Collecting Messed Up M Slowbro-EX?

I opened a evolutions elite trainer box and this was one of my pulls. As you can see some of the foil is missing and faded over the hand, again this card is pack fresh the error/damage was done at the factory, I am unsure what to do with this card, any opinions would be nice, thank you.

Yeah, definitely looks like a printing error of some kind. Sadly, quality control with the English Pokémon cards lately has been pretty awful. You could probably try selling it to a misprint collector, though it may be hard to find someone that's interested. Otherwise, if you send photos of the cards to Pokémon Customer Support, I've heard they're pretty good about replacing cards that are obviously badly afflicted, like this one.
