Standard Meta Counter Mega Gardevoir Steam Siege deck (BKT - FLI)

This is just a deck I've put together to try and counter the big decks of the current metagame (most of them anyway), being Buzzwole-GX, Ultra Necrozma-GX/Malamar and Necrozma-GX/Malamar. It takes advantage of the dual typing Mega Gardevoir-EX has, being Fairy/Psychic and has repeatable Ability effects just like old lists from last format. Any feedback and advice regarding this deck would be appreciated.

Pokemon - 16

4 Gardevoir-EX STS
4 M Gardevoir-EX STS
2 Tapu Lele-GX GRI
2 Dragonite-EX EVO
1 Oricorio GRI (The one that searches Basic Energy cards)
1 Marshadow SHL
1 Tapu Lele UPR
1 Rattata EVO

Trainer - 36

4 Cynthia
4 Professor Sycamore
3 Guzma
2 Pokemon Fan Club
2 Skyla
1 Brock's Grit

4 Gardevoir Spirit Link
4 Ultra Ball
3 Rescue Stretcher
3 Switch
2 Enhanced Hammer
2 Field Blower
2 Pal Pad

Energy - 8

1 Psychic Energy
7 Fairy Energy

Odd picks:
The one Psychic Energy is used to use Tapu Cure GX if necessary and does not hurt consistency in the slightest as Mega Gardevoir-EX attacks for [Y][C].

The Rattata is useful for getting rid of Choice Band mainly, so that 210 combos from Pokemon such as Ultra Necrozma-GX and Tapu Bulu-GX can be prevented.

The Tapu Lele is here to two-hit Hoopa and to move damage counters around so that missed Knockouts can be made up for.
