Ruling Metagross LA attacking Umbreon UD

Ok, so if I use Umbreon UD's attack Moonlight Fang, which prevents all effects and damage from attacks by your opponent's Pokemon with PokePowers during your opponent's next turn, and my opponent attacks with Metagross LA's Extra Comet Punch attack while the Moonlight Fang is still in effect, will Metagross get to attack with 100 damage the next turn or will it still be 50? I'm assuming that it would hit for 100 the next turn because the effect of Extra Comet Punch and the damage it does are not connected, so it would not require you to do the damage to gain ECP's effect of boosting it's damage to 100 next turn.

The base damage for Extra Comet Punch will still increase. Umbreon's Moonlight Fang attack prevents all attack damage/effects done to Umbreon, and the effect of Extra Comet Punch is done to Metagross.

It's going to hit for 100 damage, but remember, unless you switch Umbreon UD out of the active spot (Magnetic Reversal, hint hint), Umbreon will take 0 damage if it just used Moonlight Fang, because Metagross has a Poke-Power.
