If you have more than one on your bench, can each Metagross use the power once to provide an increased chance of it working?

Since it doesn't say you can only use one of Magnetic Reversal each turn, sure, why not? This would be an excellent idea if you're using it in your deck.

Yes. You can use Magnetic Reversal once for each Metagross you have in play.
