Consider replacing 1 VS Seeker with a Shaymin EX.

Also, I'm expecting to encounter a variety of Stage 1 decks that will utilize the new AOR Flareon. So, incorporating 1-2 Muscle Bands (perhaps -1 Klink?) will help your Toads 1hko the Flareons.

Although your list is very tight, a Professor's Letter and Level Ball(s) would help too, IMO.
