Basically you get Mew Prime out to See Off Jumpluff and Mass Attack. Cinccino and Zoroark are secondary attackers in the deck, one that does 100 damage with a full bench for Do the Wave and another which can Foul Play to help counter against Reshiram and Zekrom respectively.

Tornadus is in here to cycle energies and help stall against Donphan Prime by T2. Junk Arm + Catcher helps me snag Pokemon I need to KO without worry, Revive helps me get back Mew Prime to keep using Mass Attack, while Juniper helps me thin my deck and PONT is for extra shuffle in and draw.

Any Advice, Suggestions, and Comments are greatly appreciated.

I personally think that Zoroark > Cinccino. I see where you are going with the idea, but keep in mind you're also running Jumpluff. I think that you Cinccino line can be shortened, and then you can bump up your Zoroark line (the Dragons can easily take down one Zoroark, but with 3, they could be in trouble). I also don't see the idea of 4 Juniper. I know it's a good card, but 4 Juniper would mean drawing 28 cards out of your deck (keep in mind you probably wouldn't use them all in one game, but still). I think a justified change could be this:

- 1 - 1 Cinccino BW
- 1 / 2 Professor Juniper

+ 1 - 1 Zoroark BW
+ 1 Revive (it's really important to keep your Mews alive, and maybe a Minccino if it gets KO'd early game)
+ 1 of whatever you want (another Minccino, maybe? ;))

Hope this helped.

Thanks, I'll try those fixes and see how it works. I'm also trying to get
a 4th Pokemon Catcher for this deck so hopefully I can get one by BR's in
my area in the next 2 weekends.

You could put a 1-1 line of Lucario CL strictly as a Zekrom/Magnazone counter.

I thought about it but Lucario requires at least 2 Pokemon LZ'ed for it to work for Dimension Sphere and I mainly only See Off Jumpluff anyway which increases the decks' speed quite a bit.
