If Mew ex uses the attack of Electrode(HL) mass destruction will Mew ex knockout? Because it only says: Electrode and the defending pokemon is now KO.

So, if Mew ex uses the attack of it, will it be Mew ex and the defending pokemon KO?

Yes, whenever a pokemon's attack has its name in it, you have to take that as saying "this pokemon".

yeah, but Electrode says both electrode and the defending pokemon. When Mew ex uses the attack, it's not even Electrode. Why must it be Ko?

When it says both ELECTRODE and the defending pokemon. It is referring to itself. And when Mew uses the attack, then it is referring to itself aswell.

Just replace the pokemon;s name with "THIS POKEMON".

The attack is self referencing. It's not refering specifically to the electrode card but because electrode has it as an attack it self references itself. Any card which says something like that which includes its own name is usually a self referencing attack.
