Ruling Mew EX Round Ruling

My question regards Mew EX and any cards that have the attack round. My question is because Mew has the ability that it can use any attack of any pokemon in play does this count as another pokemon with the round attack. So for instance if you have Meloetta EX active and Mew EX on your bench and use round will it deal 60 damage or just 30?

No, it would not count for the purposes of Round.

Mew EX can use the attack Round when it atracks, but at all other times Round is not an attack printed on Mew EX

Question spitballing off of this. If Mew is the attacker that is using Round, would it count as a pokemon with round attack? Because when Mew uses a benched pokemon's attack, it gains temporary ownership of the attack. (Which is why Mew gets the benefit from Dimensional Valley when using like, Joltik's Night March, for instance.)

It doesn't get ownership of the attack, he's just using it. Like how Mew can't copy G Booster because Genesect doesn't actually have the attack, he's just using it.
