So I've had two of these in my deck for a very long time and I've been using the Versatile ability following these rules I read when I got the card from this website Here referencing the part that says "Mew's Ability is called Versatile and says that Mew can use any attack of any Pokemon in play, you just have to match the energy card cost for that move." So ive only been matching the cost to copy my friend's moves. Having a rather strong build I've been thinking of entering tournaments/contest but I want to make sure the ability actually works this way. cause if not them im going to have to replace some cards with prism energy which brings me to another question. does the no more than 4 cards of the same name rule apply to special energies?

I can't find an answer to this anywhere else (Mew EX problems)

Yes it works this way.
Yes you can only have 4 special energies of the same name in you deck.

Yes, it works this way. The only caveat I would add is it doesn't grant you access to attacks that don't actually appear on a Pokemon's card but can be used by that pokemon (G-Booster, things available via Celebi EX's Time Recall, etc.)
