With three fighting energies attached to Mew EX, can I use three "Tunnel Strike" from my Excadrill's all on the same turn?

and Mew EX has three fighting energy cards attached to it
My question comes from Zoroark attack "Foul Play" is clearly an active pokemon attack, if you can use Mew EX ability from the bench, because it is an ability, and if you have necessary energies to do multiple attacks.
And, if you can attack using an ability, from the bench; can you also in the same round use your active pokemon's attack (as long as you have the energy)?
