Strategy
The strategy for this deck is to build up a bench with at least a Glaceon-EX and a Jolteon-EX and an active of Mew or Mew-EX. Having Talonflame or Shaymin-EX on the bench obviously doesn't hurt. With this versatility, your Mew or Mew-EX can begin swinging with whatever attacks are needed: Encounter or Aero Blitz if you need a Pokémon or other card; Sky Return if your active is hurt; and Flash Ray or Crystal Ray if you can just lay in because they only have Basics or Evolves to attack with; Second Bite as a finisher. Replace and Swift are also possible, but, of the two only Replace seems to have any really needed utility.

Damage: medium high
With the potential of Second Bite, the damage in this deck can be quite high. Also, because of the Rainbow Energy, it's possible for a Mew-EX to utilize an opponent's ability for high damage. However, the damage is otherwise medium. The two main swing abilities deal 70 each, which can knock out most Pokémon in 1-2 hits.

Skill: medium high
I'm not entirely comfortable with where to rate this. Putting it at medium seems lacking, since a player has a large number of choices to make between supporters, items, and attacks each turn. That being said, the choices can be fairly straight-forward a lot of the time, which is why I'm not sure if I'd rank it as high.

Survivability: high
This deck thrives on survivability. In addition to almost all of the Pokémon not having retreat costs, there are Float Stones for Pokémon that do have a retreat cost, and Shaymin-EX, Mew, and Mew-EX can all utilize Sky Return in a pinch. That being said, a deck that makes use of Lysandre and OHKO attacks can easily pick on the large amount of EXs to knock this deck down in ~3 turns.

Viability: ??
I'm not confident enough in my ability to rate a deck. This SHOULD be at least a Tier 2, though it could be Tier 1. I don't know.
