3 Mew Prime
3 Absol Prime
2 Uxie ( I can't afford Uxie X and cannot find it, either)
1 Azelf
1 Crobat Prime
1 Umbreon UD
1 Mightyena LA
1 Espeon UD
1 Ampharos HS
1 Medicham SV
~15 Pokemon
3 Seeker
3 Pokémon Collector
3 Pokémon Communication
2 PONT
2 Snowpoint Temple
2 Junk Arm
2 Looker's Investigation
2 Lucian's Assignment
2 Night Teleporter
2 Professor Oak's Visit
2 Energy Exchanger
1 Burned Tower
1 Galactic HQ
1 Luxury Ball
~28 T/S/S
4 Rainbow Energy
4 Special Dark Energy
2 Rescue Energy
6 Psychic Energy
1 Basic Dark Energy
17 Energy

Strategy:
Use Absol Prime as a starter in order to get pokemon into the Lost Zone. Then, rush in with Mew Prime to poision for 40 damage/turn. Ampharos is to gather energy; Espeon is to heal; Mighteyana is an SP counter; Umbreon is a counter against other threats, such as Steelix; Crobat Prime is for damage (40/turn); and Medicham SV is a Machamp SF counter. I am using Night Teleporter to get Uxie and them draw 7 with set-up. Snowpiont is to cover the low HP of Absol and Mew. That's about it
~Ciao!

Night teleporter is HORRIBLY inconsistent. I would recommend not using it at all.
Replace it with Bebe's Search. Why you do not have Bebe's in there, I do not know.
Interesting strategy, yet seems to me to be a bit risky.
40 damage a turn will be quickly overwhelmed by other decks.
Mew and Absol both die to Machamp.
Mew cannot be used if someone is using Dialga G X, so you need a backup plan.
Professor Oak's visit can be replaced with Defender or Pokemon Collector, both of which you will need.

put in jumpluff and machamp for things to put in the lost zone.
and dialga g lv.x is pretty much auto-loss.
maybe put in blazekin fb and the lv.x?

Seeing that you have based the whole deck around using absol and mew as your main and only attackers, I'd like to ask what you would do if your opponent used an umbreon wall? Eg, Your opponent attacks using Umbreon and neither your Mew nor Absol can do anything to it since they possess pokebodies. Even if Mew sends your Ampharos, Crobat and Mightyena etc. into the lost zone and uses their attacks, you are still technically attacking with the Mew. Which means Umbreon can block it.

I run 2-2 line of Umbreon UD in my Sneazor Prime deck. Can setup Umbreon wall in 3-4 turns maximum in WORST case scenario. Doesn't take very long to chuck 2-4 Special {D} onto it and belt it up for 70-90 dmg with Moonlight Fang. How do you counter that? Attack an empty bench with Skill Dive?

And I don't see how Junk arm was meant to work for your initial strategy? The idea is to send to lost zone, not discard pile right? Might as well replace them with Eevee. Would make more sense. I would take out some of the other stuff and put in 4 Eevee, 2 Umbreon and 2 Espeon to even it up a bit.

^Or just add 1 water arceus to do 50 damage on any walling pokemon. Maybe add some double colorless so you can load it faster. Also houndoom UD is a better machamp counter than medicham. So take out,

1 medicham
2 night teleporter (not good in this deck)

and add in:
1 houndoom UD
1 arceus (water)
1 double colorless (should add 2 but since it's only arceus that will use it 1 might work, if not prised.)

all those special energies will render the deck useless against a Scizor prime, which is probably what alot of people will be running. and that 1 Arceus won't do much by itself. A slight improvement though. I still suggest countering with Espeon and Umbreon UD. They truly are UNDAUNTED. Not too sure how the whole lost zone idea will flow though. Still think having such low HP on your actives and no belts to soup them up, you will get knocked out quickly.

^ But takes so much more space and will change the deck strategy slightly. And he will run 7 basic energy anyway. and 1 is enough to use crobat primes "sever poison" attack and take out a scizor prime in some turns depending on if the retreat and stuff or not.

(How poison can win vs tank)
I mean, poison can take out any deck (except steelix prime -.- ) I win over donphan/vileplume with my absol g toolbox when i use crobat to do poison every turn and they can't 1 hit it since they have trainer lock and can't play expert belt. They will retreat and use warp energy but they will just get poisoned the next turn again. So you just need to play smart.

(hope this wasn't to much of topic, since i was trying to convince that this deck can take scizor prime even with many special energy(s) in the deck.)

If you are going to run with the poison strategy, which is all good- then I suggest maxing out on Energy Exchangers
