If mew prime uses lets say uxie x's zen blade... the attack says uxie cannot use this attack durring your next turn. how would this work if mew was the one that used the attack. also were it says rampardos does 40 to itself... How would it work for mew using there attacks?

As per the Pokemon rulebook, if an attack gets copied, any self-referencing clauses now reference the new user. Therefore, the attacks would become the following:

_____ can't use Zen Blade during your next turn.
If the Defending Pokemon is KO'd by this attack, _____ does 40 damage to itself.

Fill in the blank with the Pokemon using the attack (in this case, Mew).
This does not apply to things that would search for a certain species of Pokemon (such as that new Porygon promo).
