Hello there, I'm somewhat of a novice, so I need help with my deck;

Pokemon

4 Mew Prime
2 Yanma (Triumphant)
2 Yanmega Prime
2 Sunkern (HGSS)
2 Sunflora (HGSS)
2 Oddish (UD)
1 Gloom (UD)
2 Vileplume (UD)
2 Jumpluff (HGSS)
2 Muk (UD)
1 Crobat Prime
1 Lucario (CoL)

Energy

3 Grass Energy (BW)
6 Psychic Energy (BW)
4 Rainbow Energy (HGSS)
2 Rescue Energy (Triumphant)

Trainers and Supporters

2 Junk Arm (Triumphant)
3 Pokemon Communication (BW)
3 Rare Candy (UL)
3 Copycat (2 HGSS and 1 CoL)
2 Judge (UL)
3 Pokemon Collctor (HGSS)
3 Prof. Elm's Training Method (2 HGSS and 1 CoL)
3 PONT (Prof. Oak's New Theory) (2 HGSS and 1 CoL)

Strategy: Get Mew set up as fast as possible, then See Off the Crobat/Jumpluff/Muk depending on the situation, while doing that, I'm setting up Yanmega, and a Sunflora or two. Then I will beat you.

I run a MewBox deck myself as well and judging from your decklist it seems like you have WAY too many tech's. For using See Off with Mew Prime I'd focus on just Pidgeot TR and Jumpluff. With Pidgeot you can Headwind to stall and Mass Attack with Jumpluff like crazy. But since you run Yanmega's here's the list I'd prefer:

Pokemon (23)

4 Mew Prime
2-2-2 Vileplume TR
0-0-2 Jumpluff HS
0-2 Muk UD
3-3 Yanmega Prime
1-1 Sunflora HS
1 Spinarak HS

Trainers/Supporters (22)

4 Pokemon Collector
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Sage's Training
3 Rare Candy
3 Judge
2 Copycat

Energies (15)

3 Grass
4 Rainbow
6 Psychic
2 Rescue

Deck Total: 60

Credit goes to hdubbz from http://google.com/.com for the decklist. Spinarak is in the deck to basically prevent them from retreating with Mew Prime while you can use Sage's Training to get what you need by thinning your deck out. This deck is slightly different from mine but it's still really solid. Just make sure you Trainer Lock T2 or T3 with Plume or you're screwed.

Once you establish your lock you won't be able to use Pokemon Catcher but that's where Muk comes in for Sludge Drag. It works just like Pokemon Catcher with the nice bonus of Poison and Confusion. I think Pidgeot TR for Headwind would work nice If Muk doesn't work that well for you but If you do decide to run Pidgeot for Headwind with Mew Prime's Lost Link then you will need to run DCE's with Zoroarks for Foul Play.

Hope that helps and good luck! ;)
