This is a cool deck idea that I wanted to show off for a while, but didn't know where I should post it so I figured here was the best place.
Pokemon:
Strategy: Take advantage of Mew EX's Versitility, copying either your opponent's attacks or your own. With Dimensional Valley and Rainbow energy, any 2 energy attack with at least one colorless energy requirement can be done with 1 energy, allowing for some extremely cheap attacks.
Mew EX: The star of the deck. I think Mew often gets overlooked because it's an easy two prizes, but being able to use so many attacks, not just yours, but your opponents can be really effective.
Manectric EX: The one you're copying the most. On it's own, it's a cheap attacker, but with Mew/Dimensional Valley, it gets Ridiculous. 20 and 20 snipe for no energy and up to 120 for one energy. Being able to destroy Yveltal EX is a nice bonus.
Mega Manectric EX: Ridiculously powerful. Again, with Mew/Valley, this can attack for just one energy, dealing 110 and getting energy back. It's actually a hard card to utalize because there aren't many good Lightning attackers, but it works here mainly as a Pyroar counter.
Shaymin EX: Probably the best card for Mew to copy. The only thing that can reach 180 for one energy.
Absol: Mind Jack is also good, especially on a one prize attacker.
Thundurus: There's nothing really great about this card, but it's nice to have a pokemon that a) Doesn't need rainbow energy b) only gives up one prize. I thought of Zekrom, but I wanted to try this since it doesn't self damage.
Rayquaza: Safeguard Pokemon and Pyroar are a pain. Shred takes care of them. Dragon Pulse could also be used in weird situations (lightning attack cost).
Dedenne: Not one, but two good (C) attacks which Mew can use for Free. Probably not needed, but hey, it's more options.
Jirachi EX: Consistency. I can essentially ultra ball for a supporter early game.
Trainers
Dimensional Valley: The second star. It's crucial to the deck's strategy which is why I play four.
Juniper/N/Colress: Pretty much staple supporters.
Skyla: Never a bad supporter. There are quite a few one ofs in this deck.
VS Seeker: Love this card. Wish I could run more than 2.
Lysandre: I consider this a staple.
Trump Card: One of the best one of's. Nothing will be gone forever (especially good with Rainbow Energy).
Xerosic: Has lots of uses, but mainly for Garbodor/Seismatoad.
M Phone: Another card for Garbodor.
Spirit Link: Saving that turn lost is huge.
Muscle Band/Ultra Ball/Computer Search/Switch: Shouldn't need to explain these ones.
Professors Letter: Good way to get energy to discard with Ultra Ball for Mega Manectric.
Head Ringer/Jammer Net: In case they don't have a tool, Manectric can still hit for 120.
There are a lot of different variations (I've also tried one with Virizion EX), but this one is a lot of fun. It did well in the two games I played.
