Strategy:

I put this deck together thinking that Blastoise's ability Deluge would allow me to energize quickly, which is also the reason I have a lot of water energy. I use Deluge on Blastoise and on Mewtwo-EX for his attack X-Ball

The Professor Juniper allows me to burn through the deck quickly to find the evolutions, the Ultra balls are also used for finding evolutions. Lysandre's Trump card allows me to get back the deck that I burnt through. The Vs Seeker also help me with the supporters.

I don't think I have enough strong pokemon aside from the Blastoise and Blastoise-EX chains. Suicune and Reshiram buy me time early game. I only use Reshiram's Outrage attack. I included Carvanha and Sharpedo because they have a Lightning weakness, as opposed to all of my pokemon with Grass weakness.
Kangaskhan is my utility pokemon with Call For Family attack.

Hmm, this style of play is different than I've seen, but some advice would be to remove the Sharpedo line and at least 1 Wartortle to add another Blastoise and some Rare Candy for a quicker evolution if you're not under item lock, Muscle Band is always a good addition to boost damage.
