Strategy:
Hit turn one Assault Laser is the primary focus of this deck, so that’s what I’ve built it around. There is a one-of M Manectric-EX which is mainly included to deal with Pyroar FLF. It is also a bulky attacker that can do a decent amount of damage.

The deck deals a lot of damage extremely quickly. After you attack with your first Mew for a while, you can power up a Manectric-EX, which is much safer to attack with. Unfortunately, the deck struggles against non-EX-based decks due to the fact that they can avoid attaching Tools and limit the amount of damage you do greatly.

Can this deck work ?

Edited to coincide with the rules! :D ~Kecleon

RE: Mewtrick 2.0 ?

Is it worth putting in 4 Rainbow Energy so Mew can make more use of its Versatile ability? There will be occasions where things like Evil Ball would be more useful. (3/4-2 | Mew-Mewtwo)Also, Mewtwo may work better as to hit Fighting weakness, and you could use M-Manetric's ability to power them up.

Also, I definitely suggest using more M-Manetric-EX. Two of those, Two Spirit Link and Two Tool Retriever would work great.

Donphan would be one of your greatest threats; Beartic FuF may be worth using as it can 1HKO Pyroar and Donphan.

RE: Mewtrick 2.0 ?

You'll only need about 2 or 3 Manectric-EX since you'll be using Mew-EX to attack instead. Use Beartic if you can, since it is another consistent attacker.

RE: Mewtrick 2.0 ?

I would not suggest Beartic because it has such a heavy retreat cost and only to be used in one or two matchups is not worth the deckspace that it would require. I do agree that you should add in another M Manectric though becuase it is your only pyroar counter right now, I would also suggest adding in 1-2 Zekrom from legendary treasaures or 1-2 Thundorus from Phantom gate just so you have a counter to safeguarding pokemon.

RE: Mewtrick 2.0 ?

There was a great MewNectric list on here a while back, not sure if it was yours, but if not here's a few tips:
You definitely shouldn't run 4-1 Manectric. 2-2 or 3-2 works much better. 2 Spirit Link.
Instead, put in some other attackers to copy. Rayquaza w/ Shred is a must, because it breaks through absolutely anything, and Mew can use it for a Lightning and a Rainbow (which you should fit in as well).
Other than that, just experiment. One suggestion I made is Victini-EX to pull energies from the deck, and a friend of mine has had some success teching an Emolga w/ Call for Family (free with Mew). Dedenne might be better though.
