Strategy
This is my first real deck I've put together in theory, and my main goal is to just try and keep a single type, while using Double Colorless to power up Mewtwo quickly. With the prevalence of EX cards, both Bouffalant and Sigilyph will be a great asset I think, and without worrying about differing energy types I think I could have some success.
However, I need suggestions and possible threats to this deck.

Price: $134

I might suggest taking out the 3 cresselias and putting in DCE instead. Its more of a "just in case" card if you cant get gardevoir out.

  • Super Scoop Up 3x
  • Switch 3x
  • Energy Search 2x
Energy
  • Psychic Energy 9x
  • Double Colorless Energy 4x

So I've made a few changes and brought in Gardevoir for acceleration along with DCE. DCE is for if Gardevoir is prized or I just can't get to it.

Potion is too weak to be of use. Change 2 of them to Max Potion since that fully heals the Pokemon. The other can be a Superior Energy Retrieval to help recovery your energy back. I dislike Super Scoop Up because it requires a flip to work. I'd suggest changing them to Hypnotoxic Lasers. If you get tails, at least you still poison your opponent's Pokemon. A fair number of decks play Virbank City Gym so this will take advantage of that.

Summary:
-3 Potion
-3 Super Scoop Up
+2 Max Potion
+1 Superior Energy Retrieval
+3 Hypnotoxic Laser

I highly agree with the above posts. Other changes:

If possible I would suggest using 4 N and 4 Juniper, instead of 3 Bianca, because they can really get you out of a bad spot and turn your current turn around. Whenever I've used Bianca in the past I feel like it is a dead draw, although later in the game N will be as well, but it's such a good early game card. Energy search is nice if you have multiple types of energy, however since you do not I suggest taking them out as well. Possibly replace them with rare candies to get Gardevoir out faster.

-3 Bianca
+2 Juniper
+1 N
-2 Energy Search
+2 Rare Candy (possibly more if you can make the room)

So this is with the edits you guys gave me!
I've been playing it a lot, and I can get off a win like 5/8 of the time and I'm still learning. Thank you so much!

Sigilyph -1
Kirlia -1

+2 Tool Scrapper

try to test that out and let me know. :) Otherwise, looking good :)

Update: I always use Tool Scrapper and now that tool cards are going to be a big hit again with Silver mirror,Silver Bangle and of course float stone; It will be nice to have. Also, your pokemon line seemed off a little. The reason i say this,is because you already have Supporters that you can use in this deck to draw out your pokemon with.

I'm really liking that change! Even if I can't use Tool Scrapper, it's good filler to discard when the opponent doesn't use tools! It also helps put the shut down on Keldeo with float stone, so I love it!
