Strategy:
Start with a Celebi and use it to get 3 energy on Tornadus t1. Start attacking with tornadus, moving energy to either Mewtwo/Gigas/another Tornadus. Sweep late game with Mewtwo and gigas. Shaymin EX is to make a comeback if necessary, and shaymin ul is to allow energy movement. I would like a second gigas ex in here if anyone sees room for it.

Cut a tornadus. It is not your best starter and you can usually start with it. Put in another grass so you have a better chance of drawing it

If i cut tornadus, it would be to add in a gigas ex. I think 9 grass energy is alright.

It seems to me like you have too many hand refreshes in this, and also, with your amount of other attackers, you really only need 2 Tornadus, as it really won't help you late game. It could use more energy for the start, as well as another Gigas.

I agree with most of the above post. My only disagreement is that you should add a virizion instead of Gigas EX. It is useful, but you don't need 2. Virizion is a fast low energy attacker that can serve as draw power when needed
