I think you posted this twice...
You could try
-2 collector (I'd just go with 4 dual ball)
-1 cleffa? (not too sure about this)
-2 lost remover (don't think it's really needed)
+1 celebi (needed. You want to start with celebi)
+1N (I think 3 N is good for disruption and hand refreshment)
+2 dual ball (more consistent)
+1 PONT (good hand refreshener)

You need 4 Celebi prime. It's the main part of the deck. Also, don't use prism. Basic fighting is the superior choice. I'd reccomend 4 PONT, 4 Juniper, and 3 N as your supporters. You also need 3-4 switch, so don't drop those. Finally, don't drop below 8 {G} or you will run out of steam.

This is what I am currently running. The amount of play testing I've put into it is more than I'm willing to admit.

Pokemon (13)
1 Shaymin (UL)
1 Virizion (NV)
1 Smeargle
1 Shaymin EX
2 Mewtwo EX
3 Tornadus
4 Celebi (Prime)

T/S/S (33)
1 Super Rod
1 Energy Exchanger
2 PokeGear 3.0
2 Plus Power
2 N
3 Switch
3 Pokemon Catcher
3 Skyarrow Bridge
4 Professor Juniper
4 Dual Ball
4 Junk Arm
4 Professor Oak's New Theory

Energy (14)
4 Double Colorless Energy
10 Grass Energy

I dont really know if virizion is a great choice. Just wondering but did you find virizion very helpful in your playtesting?

I did in mine. It saved my butt so many times.

I've never seen a MTC deck play virizion before so I wasnt certain if it was the best choice. Just wondering but how did virizion save you?

It's a great attacker, not weak to lightning, double draw has saved me, etc. What MTC decks have you been facing? It's a one-of in a lot I've seen.

Well I've seen it in decklists but many I've faced didn't run virizion so...I've faced some but not many. I didn't really mean like I've never seen one play it, but not very many. Mostly just like the celebi, tornadus, mewtwo, and/or regigigas and/or Shaymin and/or terrakion and/or Shaymin EX.

Basically what PokemonJoe said. It's really flexible. It's an amazing opener. I've gotten Leaf Wallop T1 with Catcher to snipe Tynamo's a lot. It's a great way to start off a match.
