Quick question:
For Delta Fang, does opp.'s next turn mean the following turn after you use this attack or the turn after?
 
"Your opponent's next turn" is just that; the next time your opponent gets a turn.

That happens to be immediately after your turn finishes, so the attack is referring to the turn your opponent takes after you finish your current one. This is true for all attacks, powers, bodies, whatever, that refer to something happening or not happening "during your opponent's next turn."

Does that make sense?
