I believe Milotic's (GE) poke body protects from all effects of damage done by Lv. X's. Does this include when a Lv. X uses an attack from its previous level?

I believe this is true, since the card using the attack is still the Lv. X. Hence the wording: the Lv. X can use attacks from its previous stage.
