Ruling Milotic question

After the 60 pt attack damage it also says "you may switch your opponent's active Pokemon with one of his benched ones. "

Who gets to choose the benched Pokemon that comes into play? The attacker or the one who is having their benched Pokemon become active?

In this case the specific wording is very important, so thank you for posting the scan

The scan you posted reads, "You may have your opponent switch his or her Active Pokemon..." which means your opponent chooses; he or she does the switching.

In the text you originally posted, you said "You may switch your opponent's Active Pokemon..." which would allow the attacking player to choose.
