Ruling Miltank Secret Wonders

When using Miltank's first, energy-less attack, you flip the 2 coins. Can you remove 3 damage from 2 different Pokemon, or can you only remove damage from 1 poke?

Yes, you can remove 3 damage counters from up to 2 different Pokémon OR up to 5 damage counters on 1 Pokémon if you get 2 heads. Get the first heads and choose 1 Pokémon to remove the 3 damage coutners from. Then, you flip for the second heads and choose which Pokémon to remove those 3 damage counters from.

You only get to choose 1 Pokemon. You remove 3 damage counters from that Pokemon for each heads.

Personally I think that's a wrong ruling, though.

Healing Milk - Flip 2 coins. For each heads, remove 3 damage counters from 1 of your Pokemon.

The text does not seem clear inthe translation phase. It seems for each heads, you choose 1 Pokémon to remove 3 damage counters from.
