Awhile ago, this video of the junior division winners of a Japanese Pokemon tournament surfaced (located bottom right of the page):

Soon after, hype erupted over Blaziken FB/Luxray GL and Gengar/Machamp, but what I personally have since been wondering about this video revolves around one card in particular: that flipped over top prize on the Gengar/Machamp player's side, visible just a few seconds into the video.
The format at this time was Diamond and Pearl to "Pulse of the Frontier," or our upcoming Supreme Victors set.
Some speculation, mine included, is that this card is one of three unnumbered promos released in Japan: Mysterious Pearl, Miracle Diamond, or Wonder Platinum.
Here are the translations, which I have taken from Bulbapedia:
"Mysterious Pearl - Trainer
Look at all of your face-down Prize cards. You may choose 1 Pokémon you find there, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If you do, put this card as a Prize card face up instead of discarding it.
Pokémon Trading Card official card game tournament award."
"Miracle Diamond - Trainer
Look at all of your face-down Prize cards. You may choose 1 Trainer, Supporter, or Stadium cards you find there, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If you do, put this card as a Prize card face up instead of discarding it.
Pokémon Trading Card official card game tournament award. "
"Wonder Platinum - Trainer
Look at all of your face-down Prize cards. You may choose 1 Energy card you find there, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. If you do, put this card as a Prize card face up instead of discarding it.
Pokémon Trading Card official card game tournament award. "
Now while these cards are not from the main set, they obviously impacted the meta there, allowed players to opt against playing a card like Azelf LA and still be able to play fewer Pokemon/Trainer/Energy copies without worry of them being prized.
My question is, do you think there is any chance that we get any of these promos in Supreme Victors? They would be a great addition to deck building here, and would put us even closer to playing the same format as the Japanese, as POP has obviously been trying to attain, i.e. no rotation this year.
Similar to these 3 promos was Time-Space Distortion (MT), a card that was released as a Battle Road Promo in Japan and reached us as a "secret rare" in Mysterious Treasures. Taken from Bulbapedia:
"Mysterious Treasures features the secret card Time-Space Distortion, which was previously only available as a Japanese promotional card at Battle Road Spring 2007. Like its Japanese counterpart it features a holographic border, making this the first English Trainer card to have this treatment. It is also the first secret card included in a set since EX Holon Phantoms. "
Anyone else think Miracle Diamond, Mysterious Pearl and Wonder Platinum could receive the same treatment? That would mean more highly sought after cards, though.
Discuss.
