Mandatory TL;DR rules:

3 - I send in Penny sleeves and Top-Loaders, TAPED AT THE TOP. You can keep the top-loader; I have loads. Failure to do so as well are a negative.
4 - I'd love to CYL, keep in mind CANADA ONLY!
5 - Chances are, I'll send first. For trades over $15 in value, I insure and track; please do likewise.
6 - I will send extra top-loaders if asked, I have lots. I also like stamps.
7 - PMs are nice, posts are better.
