Rocket's Persian is still a legal card. It's attack can be copied in some cases by other cards that you can actually get out ... or that your opponent can.
I keep wondering why the OP cards aren't in the carddex.
Just for example the new Shiftry ex (pk) can use attacks from cards that are in your opponents hand. Should my opponent have that card for some reason ... and yes I realize that they can't put it in play ... Shiftry could copy it's attack.
I saw someone here with an idea that let them use the attack from their own hand but I would have to search out the thread.
You can "play" anything in the Modified Cardex even though you can't do anything with it. You can play 2 *insert evolved Pokémon here* with Ala* and the rest are energies and the deck's still legal, if not a bit stupid.
