Modified Promos and POP card lists

Hey, does anyone have a list of all the new promo cards that are allowed for tournaments and all 3 POP sets, and possibly scans of them? Or does anyone know where I could find a list of them? I need to see them all and find out which ones I'm missing. Thanks!

I think the Nintendo promos are legal starting with the re-made version of Celebi and Suicune and after.

The POP 3 cards are Blastoise, Flareon, Jolteon, Minun, Plusle, Vaporeon, High Pressure System, Low Pressure System, Eevee, Ivysaur, Ditto, Marshtomp, Pichu Bros. Combusken, Ho-oh ex. I think I'm missing 3 of them, but thats most of them.
