Pokebeach Groups have had a long tradition of productivity, good times, and diversity. In order to uphold the highest of quality in our forum, we've come up with a new system of communication with our groups.
Group Leaders are supposed to guide, promote, and lead discussion in their group. Because of this, they know better than anyone else the problems, needs, and areas of concern within their community. We want to get direct input from the owners of our groups, in attempt to make the forum as user-friendly as possible.
Because of this, Monthly Status Reports will now be required from all Group Leaders. By the end of every month, every leader of an active group will need to PM Juliacoolo with necessary information. Group Co-Leaders may also send these reports, but they will not count towards the monthly requirement coming from the leader.
Standard Form: Standard form is the outline for how the Status Report is to be written. Additional information or comments
may be added, but the listed components must be filled out.
Outline:
There is no limit to how many times you can send a Status report. You also do not have to send information in Standard Outline form, as long as at least one is sent in proper format each month.
Group Index listing is now dependent on Status Reports. Please include your choice to be included or not in the given blank. If you do not respond, your group will not be added. Even if you don't wish to be added, you must give an answer. Leaders of Groups already in the index do not need to fill this out.
Failure to provide, and comply to these status reports can result in a group being locked. This is a requirement, not an option.
