2- If I have 2 (3,4) Weavile SW in play can I use twice the Poke-power or only one?
3- Normally in decks you put 1 Premier Ball for each Lv.X or depends on each case?

1. yes. they count as water energy.
2. i think its stackable because its wording is the same as nidoqueen d and i am pretty sure thats stackable. correct me if i am wrong

1.) If the Pokemon you're battling has any form of Water Energy, (DRE or Holon's Castform) you discard it.
3.) The more Level X you have in your deck, the more Premier Ball. I just use Celio's network, but it's your decision.

yeah. searching for electivire and electivire lv. x and getting electivire lv. x t2 doing 50 really quick is good. most lv. x decks might want to consider runing one.
